Prep Time: 5 minutes minutes
Cook Time: 1 minute minute
Total Time: 6 minutes minutes
Servings: 2 servings
- 1½ cups strawberries frozen
- 1½ cups mango pineapple juice
- 1½ cups bananas
- ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup optional
Place frozen strawberries in the blender first, and blend for approximately 20 seconds. Start at the slowest speed and steadily increase as the blender crushes the strawberries.
Add the mango pineapple juice, bananas, and Greek yogurt. Blend for another 20 seconds or until your desired consistency is reached.
Once blended, taste and adjust sweetness by adding agave syrup if needed.
Pour into a chilled glass to enjoy immediately.
- Some recipes call for cashew milk. I find that the vanilla Greek yogurt is all that is needed in this recipe.
- If you need to thicken up your smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes.
