Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients

  • cups strawberries frozen
  • cups mango pineapple juice
  • cups bananas
  • ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup optional

Instructions

  • Place frozen strawberries in the blender first, and blend for approximately 20 seconds. Start at the slowest speed and steadily increase as the blender crushes the strawberries.
  • Add the mango pineapple juice, bananas, and Greek yogurt. Blend for another 20 seconds or until your desired consistency is reached.
  • Once blended, taste and adjust sweetness by adding agave syrup if needed.
  • Pour into a chilled glass to enjoy immediately.

Heather's Helpful Hints

  • Some recipes call for cashew milk. I find that the vanilla Greek yogurt is all that is needed in this recipe.
  • If you need to thicken up your smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes.
