Birds Nest Cookies

These no-bake birds nest cookies are the perfect dessert for springtime. With chocolate, peanut butter, and butterscotch—these cookies are truly decadent. Kids will love making a batch for Easter!

Servings: 12 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 bag small chocolate eggs

Instructions

  • Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Combine together. 
  • Gently stir chow mein noodles into mixture. 
  • Drop mixture by spoonful onto waxed paper or silpat sheet. Arrange into circular nest shape. Place three chocolate eggs in center of nest. 
  • Cool until set at room temperature. 

Heather's Helpful Hints

I used Cadbury Mini Easter Eggs for this recipe. However, you can use whatever egg-shaped candy you would like. Even little jelly beans could be fun in this recipe. Use whatever you like or have on hand!
