These no-bake birds nest cookies are the perfect dessert for springtime. With chocolate, peanut butter, and butterscotch—these cookies are truly decadent. Kids will love making a batch for Easter!

Ingredients
1cupbutterscotch chips
½cuppeanut butter
2cupschow mein noodles
1bagsmall chocolate eggs
Instructions
Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Combine together.
Gently stir chow mein noodles into mixture.
Drop mixture by spoonful onto waxed paper or silpat sheet. Arrange into circular nest shape. Place three chocolate eggs in center of nest.
Cool until set at room temperature.

I used Cadbury Mini Easter Eggs for this recipe. However, you can use whatever egg-shaped candy you would like. Even little jelly beans could be fun in this recipe. Use whatever you like or have on hand!
