- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes optional
- pepper to taste
If using fresh ginger, grate and set aside.
Add all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
